This unique ARTBA Transportation Builder Institute executive development academy, created under close supervision of representatives from leading transportation construction firms, provides both substantive theory and practical application of business management principles for transportation construction executives and managers. The intensive, week-long program covers key “MBA learning elements” for business managers with a wide range of practical experience. Key topics of study include:

Who Should Attend

The Management Crucible™ is designed to strengthen the professional abilities of executives and managers working in transportation construction who do not have a formal business education. It is ideal for professional construction managers and engineers. A feature of the program is built on an acknowledged adult learning model—specifically, participants are encouraged to learn from each other and from instruction provided by industry experts.
