The Management Crucible™ is designed to strengthen the professional abilities of executives and managers working in transportation construction who do not have a formal business education. It is ideal for professional construction managers and engineers. Attendees of the Academy can earn up to 40 PDHs (each program varies in actual length). Upon successful completion of the program, each attendee will receive a certificate with the number PDHs earned during the academy. ARTBA also maintains a copy of the record for verification.
