Washington, D.C. [September 16, 2008] Industry executives, public agencies and private sector firms were honored September 15 for their outstanding advocacy and leadership in promoting the “practice, use and adoption” of public-private partnerships (P3s) on transportation improvement projects. The group was recognized at a special dinner during the American Road & Transportation Builders Association’s (ARTBA) 20th Annual Conference on Public-Private Ventures (PPV) in Transportation, held in the Nation’s Capital.
